*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing patient interactions, and maintaining pharmacy operations. *Responsibilities*

* Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
* Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and ordering supplies as needed
* Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under pharmacist supervision
* Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, medication logs, and patient interactions
* Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards within the pharmacy setting
* Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing insurance claims
* Communicate effectively with patients regarding medication instructions and safety precautions

*Experience*

* Previous pharmacy assistant experience is preferred
* Previous knowledge of kroll pharmacy software preferred
* Knowledge of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care
* Experience with medication administration processes is a plus
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
* Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is advantageous
