*Position Responsibilities*

* Accurate and safe dispensing of medications using paperless Kroll software. This includes order entry, filling and product checking
* Counseling on prescription medications
* OTC counseling
* Perform professional services such as Minor Ailments, MedsChecks, pharmaceutical opinions, injections, etc.
* Provide specialty services such as cannabis and pharmacogenetic consultations. (Appropriate training will be provided)
* Collaborate with on site clinic medical team to optimize patient clinical care

*Qualifications*:

* Current registration and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists ? Part A required
* Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
* CPR and Injection certified
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize a consistent and varied workload.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills required, in order to facilitate effective communication with patients, peers, other health care providers, and volunteers
* Demonstrated ability to identify, prevent and resolve drug therapy problems.
* Positive views on cannabis as a potential therapeutic alternative.
* Experience in opioid agonist therapy is an asset.
