*Overview*
We?re looking for a passionate and skilled *Dog Groomer* to join our team! In this role, you?ll provide high-quality grooming services for pets of all breeds and sizes, ensuring every furry client feels comfortable, cared for, and looks their best. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for animals, strong grooming experience, and excellent communication skills with both pets and their people.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform a range of grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, breed specific haircuts, and nail care for pets
* Evaluate coat and skin condition to determine the best grooming approach for each pet.
* Provide an outstanding customer experience by communicating clearly and compassionately with pet parents.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming environment, sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.
* Handle pets of all sizes safely and confidently, including assisting larger breeds as needed.
* Monitor pets? behavior and health during grooming sessions and share any concerns with owners.
* Stay current with grooming trends and techniques to continuously improve.

*Qualifications*

* Minimum 1 year of professional dog grooming experience.
* Knowledge of breed-specific styles and cuts.
* Ability to work calmly and kindly with anxious or nervous pets.
* Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
* Physically capable of safely lifting and handling dogs of all sizes.
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A true animal lover with a commitment to their comfort, safety, and well-being.
