Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Bake mixed dough and batters. Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays. Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility. Cuisine specialties: European. Food specialties: Bakery goods and desserts. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Dependability. Flexibility. Initiative. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
