A thriving RV dealership in Erin, ON, is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant.
*Summary*
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our dealership, reporting directly to the Business Manager. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing website maintenance, organizing and filing documents, addressing inquiries via phone and email, and delivering outstanding customer service at the front desk.
*Duties will include:*
* Filing customer files & inventory files
* Answering telephone inquiries and taking appropriate messages
* Maintaining and responding to email leads & inquiries
* Sales support - Answering emails, entering quotes and assisting the sales manager
* Handling licensing documentation of new RV's with accuracy
* Assisting with paperwork for new trailer sales and parts sales
* Light cleaning and organizing
* Must be available every Saturday
*Qualifications*
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong computer skills with data entry experience
* Excellent clerical and administrative abilities
* Customer service experience with phone etiquette
* Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
* Experience in filing and website maintenance
* Relevant experience in a dealership environment utilizing a DMS platform is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
