About the Role
We are currently looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and team-oriented *Office Administrator* to join our team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
* Create and manage documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Communicate effectively with team members, technicians, and management to ensure smooth coordination.
* Manage emails, calls, and general office correspondence.
* Maintain accurate job records, invoices, and project documentation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer/software issues and support staff with tech-related questions.
*Requirements:*
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). NEEDS TO HAVE A MICROSOFT OFFICE SPECIALIST (MOS) CERTIFICATES.
* Good understanding of basic computer troubleshooting (printers, software, file sharing, etc.).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all team members.
* Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
