Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Direct and control daily operations . Direct staff. Evaluate daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Manage contracts. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Conduct research. Perform data entry. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 5-10 people. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Organized.
