Tasks: Analyse clients' capabilities and expectations related to life activities through observation, interviews and formal assessments. Consult and advise on health promotion programs to prevent disabilities and to maximize independent function in all activities of life. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses�: Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Eligible for professional liability insurance. Vulnerable sector check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Team player. Values and ethics.
