Cubhouse Pediatric Therapy is a growing, family-centred, mobile pediatric occupational therapy practice providing warm, collaborative, and evidence-based support to children and families within their natural environments.

We are seeking a *dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)* to join our team. This role involves delivering *play-based, goal-directed intervention* under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist, supporting children ages *2?18* across *home, school, daycare, and community settings*.

*Responsibilities:*

* Deliver individualized OT intervention sessions under the guidance and supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist in areas including: Fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, handwriting and visual-motor skills, ADLs, play skills, and more.
* Facilitate engaging, play-based sessions tailored to each child?s interests, strengths, and goals
* Support caregiver education and carryover strategies as outlined by the supervising OT
* Document sessions using clear, professional SOAP notes in alignment with COTO and Cubhouse standards
* Communicate regularly with the supervising OT regarding client progress, concerns, and plan updates
* Maintain organized caseload management and timely documentation
* Uphold culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming practice
* Participate in team meetings and supervision.
