Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essentialNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent provides medical transcription services for physicians and other health care professionals.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma plus an additional medical transcription program or course of over one year and up to two years in length, or equivalent;Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and of other software programs currently used within the Network;Ability to transcribe medical dictations at medium speed in French and English with accuracy and a minimum of errors; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalit� Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
