Medical Receptionist

Our clinic is looking to hire an experienced on-site medical receptionist to join the team. At Collegeway Urgent Care, our medical receptionists are vital to the experience of our patients. They are required to triage patients, answer phones and emails in a timely manner, communicate with other doctors offices, pharmacies and specialists office on behalf of patients, and schedule appointments all while maintaining a professional and compassionate attitude and assisting our doctors. This is a very fast-paced dynamic work environment. Candidates with the following preferred:

* Ability to effectively use OSCAR or comparable EMR.
* 2 years experience as medical receptionist or related field.
* Completion of a medical receptionist course at a certified training college.

Successful applicants will interview with clinic manager, followed by practicing doctors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
