*The Role:* As a *Intermediate Mechanical Engineer*, you'll play a key role in designing and optimizing advanced mechanical components and systems for our state-of-the-art testing equipment. From initial concept to production-ready machines, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop groundbreaking solutions for the materials testing industry.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Design innovative mechanical systems using CAD software (SolidWorks).
* Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams for seamless product integration.
* Conduct engineering calculations, simulations, and design validation.
* Document design specifications, assembly instructions, and technical reports.
* Troubleshoot design challenges during prototyping and production.
* Continuously seek and implement design improvements for better performance and cost efficiency.
*What You Bring:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
* 5 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in automation or materials testing.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with FEA tools.
* Deep understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing.
* Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills for clear technical documentation and teamwork.
*Bonus Skills:*
* Familiarity with automation and control systems.
* Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
* Knowledge of industry standards for materials testing.
* Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly.
