*Job Overview*
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *Restaurant Manager* to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant functions, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of hospitality. A background in Bar tending & mixology recommended.
*Duties*
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
* Supervise and motivate staff, including interviewing, training, and evaluating team members
* Manage OpenTable & Toast.
* Must be literate in Excel & Power point. ( Menu creating )
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
* Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
* Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food presentation and service flow
*Experience*
* Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry
* Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS
* Prior experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
* Background in food service, restaurant experience, or kitchen management is highly desirable
* Experience in interviewing and hiring staff to build strong teams
* Knowledge of food handling regulations and customer service excellence is essential
* Barista experience or bar management background is considered an asset
