*Job Description: *The BOH Supervisor at Nonni Cafe & Bakery oversees the daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, efficiency, and a well-organized workspace. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high culinary and sanitation standards, and coordinating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. The BOH Supervisor plays a key role in upholding Nonni?s commitment to quality, tradition, and hospitality.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistency and quality
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and operational procedures
* Collaborate with the FOH Supervisor and bakery team to coordinate food production and service timing
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
* Monitor kitchen workflow, identifying and implementing process improvements
* Assist with scheduling, staff management, and ensuring adherence to kitchen protocols

*Required Experience: *Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred*.*

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 ? 55.0 per week
