We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality meals to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

*Responsibilities*

* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
* Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
* Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Help maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

*Experience*

* Previous experience in food preparation or as a cook in a restaurant setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
* Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
