*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. *Duties*

* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
* Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
* Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
* Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
* Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food safety, and sanitation protocols

*Experience*

* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
* Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
* Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
* Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is advantageous
* Strong understanding of the food industry trends and customer service expectations
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
