*Salary:* $30/hr after 5 days of probation - $27/hr during probation.

*Hiring one full-time & one part-time position*

*DESCRIPTION*

* We garden using native pollinator plants as much as possible, no fossil fuel power tools, no chemical pesticides.
* Most job sites are south of St Clair, Landsdowne to DVP. You will need to transport to job sites, bicycle encouraged.
* Owner bicycles to job sites towing a landscaping trailer with tools. Vehicle used for out-of-area jobs.
* You?ll be gardening part of a small team & sometimes alone.
* Owner endeavours to create a relaxed work environment where your opinions & ideas are respected.
* Flexibility to your schedule when possible.

*REQUIREMENTS*

* One to two years professional gardening experience
* Good ability identifying plants, weeds, shrubs, etc.
* Proficiency using hand & battery powered tools
* Good pruning skills
* Good knowledge of natives plants & invasive species
* Must enjoy gardening outdoors regardless of weather
* Reliability & punctuality is mandatory

*Job Type:* Seasonal

*Contract length:* 5-6 months

*Pay:*

* $30.00 per hour
* Performance & end of season bonuses
