We are an Irish-owned, produce-driven brunch restaurant focused on quality, consistency, and exceptional hospitality. As we continue to build momentum, we?re looking for*Kitchen Manager* who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with confidence, and is excited to grow withsmall business.

*What You?ll Be Responsible For*

* Leading the kitchen through high-volume brunch service with confidence and composure
* Executing classic brunch dishes toconsistently high standard
* Mastering all egg styles and handling detailed modifications with ease
* Training, mentoring, and holding the team accountable to clear standards
* Supporting menu development and contributing creative ideas
* Implementing structure, systems, and efficiencies as the business scales
* Managing prep, service flow, and quality control
* Adapting quickly ingrowing, ever-evolving small business environment
* Supporting and optimizing high-volume platforms such as Uber Eats

*What We?re Looking For*

* Minimum *2 years leadership experience* infast-paced brunch environment
* Strong technical cooking ability withdeep understanding of brunch execution
* Proven ability to leadteam under pressure while maintaining morale and standards
* Experience in *start-ups or scaling restaurants* (highly preferred)
* Confidence in building systems, structure, and kitchen organization
*proactive mindsetsomeone who brings ideas and solutions
* Strong communication skills and the ability to alignteam
*genuine passion for hospitality aslong-term career

* *Starting wage: $26/hour* (with performance-based increases)
* *Flexible schedule:* Thursday?Monday, hours of work vary between 7:00 AM4:30 PM
