Duties includes not limited to:
* Prepare/cook Japanese food main dishes, sides.
* Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant.
* Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen's hygiene.
Qualifications:
* Previous 1-2 years of experience in food service industry is required.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
