We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The Kitchen Helper will support the kitchen staff in various tasks, ensuring that food preparation and service run smoothly. *Responsibilities*

* Assist in food preparation and meal assembly under the direction of cooks and chefs.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during all food handling processes.
* Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low inventory levels.
* Support cooks in basic cooking tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food handling and kitchen operations.

*Experience*

* Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
* Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while following instructions from senior kitchen staff.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new tasks related to food preparation and handling.
* Willingness to assist with various kitchen duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work setting.
