We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Designer / Kitchen & Bath Sales Associate to join our team. This dual-role position combines creative design expertise with strong sales ability, helping customers bring their kitchen and bathroom projects to life - from concept to creation.

*Required Skills*

* Strong sales and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Problem solving skills and a proactive mindset.

*Technical Skills*

* Experience with kitchen/bath design software (20/20 Design preferred)
* Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and materials
* Ability to read and interpret measurements and basic blueprints
* General understanding of construction and renovation processes.

*Experience*

* 2+ years of experience in kitchen/bath design or interior design
* Retail sales experience in home improvement or building materials
* Experience working with contractors, builders or renovation projects is an asset.

*Education*

* Post-secondary education

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
