Journeyman/Woman Welder

We are expanding again!!! Walkers Rig welding is looking for the right candidates to join our growing team.

Duties include

- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints to understand project specifications
- Operate tools and machinery including grinders, drill presses, and saws to assist in the fabrication process
- Utilize cranes and other mechanically assisted lifting devices to move materials and complete projects efficiently

- Complete repairs to customers equipment following written and oral instructions

Qualifications

- Proficiency in fitting, welding, and assembling metal parts
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience using cranes, power tools, and measuring devices
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during the fabrication process
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in welding projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.14-$40.33 per hour
