*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid background in plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance. *Duties*

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
* Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively
* Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
* Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper assembly of plumbing components within larger building projects
* Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or code violations and implement appropriate solutions
* Maintain detailed records of work performed for project documentation and compliance purposes

*Experience*

* Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role within construction or maintenance environments
* Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
* Experience with carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations is a plus
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods
* Prior experience working with schematics and technical drawings is essential for success in this role
