SmartCell Communications, the largest *TELUS/Koodo Authorized Dealer* in Ontario, is looking for a motivated *Full-Time Inside Sales Representative* to join our team in Windsor. For over 20 years, we?ve been connecting customers with Canada's best 5G network and award-winning customer service.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines, helping people find smart solutions for their lives and businesses. You?ll work as part of a dedicated team to sell a wide range of products and services, including *mobility, internet, security, streaming, and more.*

*Your Responsibilities*

* *Engage with customers:* Build rapport and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* *Generate leads:* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
* *Manage accounts:* Foster long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support.
* *Drive sales:* Use your communication and negotiation skills to sell a variety of wireless products and services from TELUS and Koodo.
* *Collaborate:* Work closely with your team and other departments to meet sales goals and support company initiatives.

*What We're Looking For*

* Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A knack for inside sales, lead generation, and account management.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a definite plus.
