We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR program management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various HRIS platforms to optimize HR processes across the organization.
*Duties*
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP to attract top talent.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding new employees through HR sourcing techniques.
* Oversee employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues efficiently.
* Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and process improvements.
* Supervise HR team members, providing guidance on HR policies, training & development programs, and performance management.
* Administer payroll systems like Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, and Workday ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
* Manage HRIS data integrity and utilize data analysis skills for workforce planning and decision-making.
* Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
* Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies while managing HR budgets effectively.
* Facilitate negotiations during employee disputes or contract discussions to maintain positive labor relations.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in human resources management with supervising experience in a dynamic environment.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, PeopleSoft, Ceridian.
* Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting techniques and HR sourcing methods.
* Demonstrated ability in change management, program management, process improvement, and data analysis skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
* Experience with payroll systems like ADP or Kronos is preferred.
* Familiarity with training & development programs and budgeting processes within HR functions.
* Knowledge of negotiation tactics related to employee relations or contract discussions is a
