We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hospitality facility. *Responsibilities*
* Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.
* Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and professionalism.
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity.
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.
* Address guest requests or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
* Enforce safety protocols related to cleaning procedures and equipment handling.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event setups as needed.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in cleaning services, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices.
* Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a housekeeping or custodial setting.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Good communication skills for effective team leadership and guest interaction.
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.
* Hospitality experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with industry standards for cleanliness and safety.
