Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Take, cancel and change room reservations. Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Resolve complaints and claims . Investigate complaints and claims . Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
