Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications. Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities. Train staff. Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications. Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors. Supervision: 3-4 people.
