Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Metal products manufacturing company. Manufacture. Tasks: Transport items throughout plant using powered equipment. Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually . Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators or other metal workers. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Read and interpret work orders. Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Fast-paced environment. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Reliability. Team player.
