Heavy Equipment Operator

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating heavy machinery and a strong mechanical knowledge. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of various equipment on-site, contributing to the successful completion of projects. The Equipment Operator will work with a variety of machinery, including, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, primarily crushing concrete, and to perform tasks that require precision and attention to detail.

*Duties*

* Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and attachments to pulverize on location.
* Perform tasks related to pulverizing, and piling concrete.
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any maintenance performed.
* Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report significant problems to the supervisor promptly.
* Work well and efficiently with minimal supervision.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with bulldozers, loaders, and cranes.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on machinery.
* Valid driving license is mandatory to drive to site.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on-site.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
