JJJ Equipment & Repair is a growing company that prides itself on family dynamic and we are looking for the highly skilled Heavy Duty Mechanics to add to our well-rounded team!

We set you up with all the site specific training you need for our clients.

We have long term contracts in place!

Making this a permanent position

This is NOT a shutdown or turn around opportunity .

* Hourly rate: $60/hr Red seal
* 12 hour shifts with a rotating 14x14 schedule.

* A safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
* Familiar with completing technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes, repair orders, work orders)

*Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :*

* Performing maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty equipment, including Caterpillar machinery, excavators, and forklifts.
* Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
* Conducting routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and updates.
* Adhere to safety protocols while lifting heavy components and operating machinery.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

*Qualifications Necessary :*

* Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Certification (unless field tech)
* Valid driver?s license
* Strong field troubleshooting skills
* We are willing to work with Sub contractors and apprentices should you be the right fit for our teams dynamics
