*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for innovative food preparation. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and inspire your team to achieve excellence in every dish served.

*Duties*

* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation
* Develop and design creative menus that align with restaurant branding and customer preferences
* Oversee food handling, preparation, and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality standards
* Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen operations
* Lead training sessions for staff on food safety, new recipes, and service techniques
* Maintain a positive team environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality excellence
* Monitor service to ensure timely delivery of dishes and exceptional customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with management on operational improvements and strategic planning

*Experience*

* Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on culinary operations
* Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards
* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing kitchen teams and restaurant staff
* Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
* Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles is preferred
* Hands-on experience with food handling, serving, and kitchen equipment operation
* Familiarity with menu development, inventory control, and cost management within a restaurant environment
