We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. *Duties*

* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from ingredient selection to presentation, maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish
* Develop and update menu offerings, incorporating innovative culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen operations
* Lead training sessions on food safety, cooking techniques, and customer service standards for staff development
* Collaborate with restaurant management on operational strategies, customer satisfaction initiatives, and service improvements
* Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership, and professional growth within the culinary team

*Qualifications*

* Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on kitchen management
* Minimum Experience required is 5-7 years.
* Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations within the food industry
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment
* In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
* Experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles is highly desirable
* Excellent skills in food presentation, serving techniques, and kitchen organization
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Passion for culinary innovation with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
