*Duties*

* Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
* Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and effective problem-solving skills
* Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure smooth overnight operations
* Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently
* Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of hotel management practices and guest services standards
* Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
* Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to create positive guest interactions
* Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently and accurately
* Previous hotel or resort experience is highly preferred for this energetic role
