Responsibilities:

* Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
* Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence
* Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
* Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
* Enforce company policies and procedures
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure security measures are in place
* Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
* Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities

Requirements:

* Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
* Familiarity with patient watch and medical setting procedures
* Familiarity with access control systems and loss prevention methods
* Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to be on call/respond to calls in a timely manner
* Valid Ontario Security Guard License
* First Aid/AED/CPR Training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
