We are currently seeking a *part-time experienced Security Guard* to join our growing team. This role is best suited for a professional guard who demonstrates sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to de-escalate situations calmly and effectively.

*Mandatory Requirements*

* Minimum *2 years of security guard experience*
* Valid *Manitoba Security Guard Licence*
* Fluent in *spoken and written English*
* Strong understanding of *professional conduct and situational awareness*
* Ability to remain calm and make *smart, responsible decisions* under pressure

*Assets*

* *First Aid & CPR*
* *Smart Choices certification*
* Leadership or supervisory experience
