general labourer - farm

Job Description: Looking for individuals to work in our greenhouse facility. This is a permanent, full time position with a minimum of 40 hours a week. Hours will vary due to crop production, crop cycle and weather.

Weekend availability will be required. Employees will be required to work in greenhouses under hot, humid conditions and will be required to stand, kneel, bend and walk for long periods of time.

Job duties include transplant seedlings, plant crop, prune plants, harvest vegetables, crop maintenance, greenhouse cleanup, packing, sorting and stacking hydroponic vegetables, checking product for quality assurance, clean work areas and other farm duties as assigned, product prep for market (tagging, stacking, box making). Individuals will be required to lift weights of up to 30lbs.

No education or experience required, we will train all employees.
