*Responsibilities*

* Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
* Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing records
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a professional appearance
* Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently
* *Requirements*
* Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
* Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
