* Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maximizing occupancy.
* Handle phone inquires with excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear communication.
* Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
* Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills.
* Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests swiftly.
* Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring a safe environment for all guests and staff.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively.
* Strong knowledge of hotel management systems.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional guest interactions.
* Experience with night audit procedures is a plus for maintaining financial accuracy overnight.
* Knowledge of resort or hotel environments, including guest services and hospitality standards.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
