Prestige Vernon Hotel is looking for part-time and full-time Front Desk Agents (also known as Guest Services Agents).

*Duties & Responsibilities*

* Provides courteous and professional guest services
* Utilizes instinctive upselling techniques and negotiate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
* Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk
* Handles guest accounts
* Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay
* Operates the telephone console
* Processes reservation and cancellation requests
* Performs other duties as directed by the General Manager

*What does an ideal candidate look like?*

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Front desk experience is an asset but NOT required
* Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
* Available to work evenings and weekends
* *Must be legally entitled to work in Canada*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
