*What you?ll be working on:*

* Custom home builds
* Home additions and structural framing
* Full interior and exterior renovations (from framing and beams through to completion)

*What we?re looking for:*

* Proven experience in residential framing
* Strong understanding of structural work (framing, beams, layout)
* Ability to read and follow plans
* Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* *Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle required*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week

* Framing carpentry: 3 years (required)
