Clare is growing its Toronto yard. Seeking an experienced Counterbalance Operator to work in fast paced environment, relevant drywall industry experience is required.

*Job Duties:*

* Operation counterbalance forklift (propane)
* Lifting, staging, racking and moving of various building materials (drywall, steel studs, insulation, ceiling tile, and other related products)
* Load/unload products and materials from tractor trailers, flat beds, van trailers
* Inventory tracking, order tracking
* Quality assurance, maintaining the integrity of products
* Other duties as assigned

*Requirements:*

* 2+ years experience operating counterbalance forklift inlike-environment
* Ability to lift, bend, and twist 50 lbs
* 1+ year experience in handling drywall
* Experience in loading and unloading of delivery vehicles (flatbeds, transport trucks, flat beds, etc.) required
* Experience staging drywall considered an asset
* Ability to work indoor/outdoors in all weather conditions
* Clear communication, verbal and written (English)
* Uphold company standards of customer service
* Problem-solving abilities
* Proven reliable track record
* Ability to work atfast pace with time-sensitive tasks
