Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Supervise other workers. Work with minimal supervision.
