*Key Responsibilities*

� Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide service duties for functions as required

� Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations

� Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is always maintained

� Ensure that all front of house and guest areas are well always maintained

� Any other duties as directed by the Restaurant & Bar Manager or other member of the management team

*What You Bring*

� Two+ years of serving experience

� Smart Serve 18+

� Ability to multitask, prioritize changing situations �

� Self-motivated and driven

� Ability to act with professionalism and confidentiality

� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels

� Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend and evening work will be required)
