*Responsibilities*

* Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve smooth, level, and durable finishes.
* Install rebar and formwork according to schematics and blueprints to prepare for concrete pouring.
* Operate heavy machinery such as mixers, pumps, or other relevant equipment safely and efficiently.
* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
* Perform masonry tasks including caulking, restoration work, and flooring installation as needed.
* Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and carpentry tasks related to project requirements.
* Conduct finishing touches such as smoothing surfaces, sealing joints with caulking, and applying surface treatments.
* Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
* Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, welding, scaffolding, and the operation of power tools.

*Experience*

* Proven experience in concrete finishing or related construction roles.
* Mechanical knowledge including the operation of heavy equipment and power tools.
* Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and blueprint reading.
* Familiarity with renovation projects involving restoration or flooring installation.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various phases of construction projects.
* Knowledge of schematics and welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
* Prior experience with carpentry or general construction enhances suitability for this role.
