*Duties*

* Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and techniques
* Operate farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and irrigation systems
* Use hand tools for various tasks including pruning, staking, and soil preparation
* Monitor crop health and report any issues related to pests or diseases
* Assist with heavy lifting of supplies, produce, or equipment as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm work areas
* Support irrigation setup and troubleshooting to ensure proper water distribution
* Follow safety protocols during all farm activities to prevent accidents or injuries

*Qualifications*

* Basic knowledge of horticulture principles and farm maintenance practices
* Experience with farm machinery operation and power tools is preferred
* Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely
* Familiarity with hand tools, irrigation systems, and general farm maintenance
* Basic math skills for measuring inputs and calculating quantities
* Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
* Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
* Prior experience in farming or agricultural settings is a plus but not required
