*What You?ll Do:*

As key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our team, our community, and our world, a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:

* Ensure all inventory of food and equipment is accounted for and secured upon closing of kitchen.
* Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to all cooks within the kitchen assisting with work, training, and development, including overview and updates on policies and procedures.
* Create work schedules for all kitchen staff and assign work and duties accordingly.
* Conduct pre-shift meetings with front and back of house communicating upcoming functions for whole day, products that are out/short, and daily features.
* Always maintain composure and professionalism, ensuring kitchen personnel are supported and prepared for peak hours.
* Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents
* Execute daily meal periods, build relationships with FOH counterparts

*What You've Done:*

* 2-3 years kitchen/restaurant experience
* 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, or comparable
