Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Perform routine maintenance work. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Early morning.
