Diversity Manager

Job description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and passionate Childcare Centre Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our licensed daycare facility in New Brunswick. This position is to cover a 1 year maternity leave, with the possibility of staying on with the company afterwards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education while supporting and guiding a team of educators.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center
* Ensure compliance with New Brunswick licensing regulations and policies
* Support, mentor, and supervise educators and staff
* Maintain strong communication with families
* Manage staffing schedules and coverage
* Handle administrative duties
* Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

*Qualifications:*

* Early Childhood Education certification (required)
* Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred)
* Knowledge and interest in Forest School skills
* Strong knowledge of NB childcare regulations
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Valid First Aid & CPR certification
* Clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check
* Clear Social Development Check
