*Responsibilities*

* Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
* Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients as directed by chefs or kitchen staff
* Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
* Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
* Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Collaborate with kitchen team members to streamline workflow during busy service hours
* Help with general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards

*Experience*

* Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
* Experience with bussing tables or supporting food preparation is a plus
* Familiarity with cleaning procedures in a hospitality setting enhances your ability to succeed in this role
* Previous banquet or catering experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
